The carriers held onto this package at delivery centre for nearly two weeks in spite of my constant appeals for delivery or at least information. The couriers repeatedly lied about bad weather and problems with my address. Bookhound wouldnt listen to my complaints and just kept repeating the couriers excuses. Had I at least received half decent customer service, I would have awarded a higher rating but I am so disgusted with the complete lack of help or even acknowledgement of the problem I was experiencing with the courier, that I wont be buying from this company again. The books look ok.
