Four compelling crime novels in which justice is never straightforward. From the courtroom battles of Los Angeles to the streets of Edinburgh and remote edges of Shetland, these are stories shaped by pressure, persistence and human fallibility. Chosen for their depth and readability, this is a collection for those who appreciate crime writing that lingers beyond the final page.
TITLES: Michael Connelly, 'The Fifth Witness' + James Patterson, 'Roses are Red ' + Ian Rankin, 'Knots & Crosses' + Ann Cleeves, 'Dead Water'
Excellent choice. I have only read 3 books so far but have enjoyed them immensely and I am looking forward to the next book. I have bought from bookhound before and will again. Thank you.
Ian Rankin is always a good read but it is interesting to have one of his other series which shows a different style and for me the best read in the selection.
