Love, as any of these novels will tell you, rarely arrives on schedule. Sometimes it appears at a train station and immediately complicates everything. Sometimes it catches you entirely by surprise, at the very moment you've decided you don't need it. Sometimes it takes a once-in-four-years date to make three women take the chance. These novels share the conviction that the hardest part of love is not finding it but knowing what to do when it finally arrives.
Carole Matthews, Let's Meet on Platform 8 – After one evening at Euston Station, Teri finds herself falling for Jamie Duncan. There is, as ever, a complication.
Debbie Macomber, It's Better This Way – Six years after her divorce, Julia Jones is certain she no longer needs love, until a charming neighbour arrives.
Erin Green, Taking a Chance on Love – On one rare Leap Year 29th February, three women at different romantic crossroads decide it is finally time to act.
Excellent choice. I have only read 3 books so far but have enjoyed them immensely and I am looking forward to the next book. I have bought from bookhound before and will again. Thank you.
Ian Rankin is always a good read but it is interesting to have one of his other series which shows a different style and for me the best read in the selection.
