Sadly it never arrived. Bookhound registered it as sent, Yodel had it as still with seller and nothing since. Bookhound have been very good and refunded the cost but it is disappointing as they were authors I like. They couldn't send out again as they were sold out. Never mind. Perhaps next time things will go better to plan and there will be a next time because they are such excellent offers.
