Took forever to get them. Had trouble with Yodel. Had to telephone them to get them to deliver. Books are fine, it's just the delivery

The books arrived compleat the problem is there was 2 hard back which are no good to me I have arthritis so unable to hold them I feel unable to order in future as I might receive hardbacks instead paperbacks
