Theses books were supposedly despatched on 12 May, but have still to arrive. I contacted customer services and they have apparently now despatched them again today (27 May) with Yodel.. As these were for holiday reading and we depart next week, if they are not received by Wednesday I will be asking for a refund on our return

You told us it was dispatched on12/05, and to expect it in 5 to 7 days. After 10 days we got in touch to find it hadn’t been dispatched . The order finally arrived22/05. I think this happened before.
