Too much mixing of titles
Delivery slow. I suspect it hadn't been despatched until I chased it after a week. Also, poor value in some collections if you already have one of the books but would have liked the others. This happens quite a lot now as they mix up the titles.
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
