Books ordered 3 weeks ago and still awaiting delivery. I am sure Bookhound themselves are ok but they employ a useless delivery service who don't deliver. Still waiting

Great selection
Gift for myself! 1 Xmas story and 2 other feel good books. Haven't read them yet but established authors who do not disappoint.
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
