I'm sure the books will be fine but the delivery company laeft the parcel on my front door step that fronts directly onto the pavement. It says "Please come and take me!" This despite leaving instructions for a safe place which gets completely ignored. This is the second time that Bookhound's delivery drivers have done this. I know they are probably not the brightest but you'd have thought they might have a modicum of common sense.
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
