Books looked second hand
At least two of the four books I received looked like they had been read previously by someone else, especially the hardback which showed signs of fingerprint marks and discolouration on many pages.
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
