Ordered this package of books but the order did not arrive yodel were due to delivery but failed to deliver on 3consecutive days despite waiting in. Yodel asked us to contact them but the was the biggest joke. Rang them but failed to get through after waiting to be connected and spent 20 mins waiting on chat line.
Rang Bookhound and they immediately sent out a replacement order which arrived a week later.
