I always look forward to receiving the books a bit like a child waiting for Santa! I'm not disappointed and disappear into the reading world for a while. The service and price are both excellent.
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
