It took 3 weeks from my order for the books to arrive. Dreadful service, have no intention of using them again.

arrived compleat the problem is there was 2 hard back which are no good to me I have arthritis so unable to hold them I feel unable to order in future as I might receive hardbacks instead paperbacks
