All these books were real page turners for someone born during the war. I look forward to finding the 4th and final book of the series - can't wait to read it!
I also look forward to reading more of the series which includes "The allotment girls."

The set is good thankyou arrived quickly and in good order .
There is one book in the pack that I didn’t enjoy !!!! PETER MAY THE RUNNER !! All the Chinese unpronounceable names of people and places took away any enjoyment of the book and I discarded it after a few chapters !!!! Don’t think I will buy anymore of Peter Mays books
I appreciate you have no control of your couriers books delivered today 12 th December dropped books over five barred gate onto drive when the front door to my house with porch is only 10M away two men in the van then sat for 5mins !!!!! Totally unacceptable especially as it was raining Obviously not read the books yet so no review.
