Since Christmas delivery has been much improved. It was terrible before Christmas, I understand that everyone has the same problem. But its annoying when you expect something on a particular day and you hear nothing and wonder if the order was received, the money's gone but where are the books. However all seems to have improved greatly. The books are always good, except a few. But as I looked at the latest bundles, I notice that I may have already read some, so is it ever possible to swap a particular book with something else that has not been read.
