I have not read my books as yet but your customer/delivery service is shocking. I will not be purchasing from bookhound again not when there are more reliable book sellers out there. You need to sort out your delivery service and answer emails in a timely manner.

As always, Bookhound provided my escape from the horror news of the real world by taking me to a world which I can always close the door by putting down the book!
I have ordered from Bookhound on several occasions. It is good to get books addressing a particular genre and you come across new authors. This time it fails to get 5 stars because if delivery problems. Yodel were given the wrong address and it took 11 days for my books to arrive after long phone calls with Yodel. I had the correct address on the Bookhound site as well as a false address that was used.
