The only problem is I mistakenly did a double order which I notified you about and was told I would get a refund on my Mastercard I received my statement today and I have been charged for double order but no refund

I have ordered from Bookhound on several occasions. It is good to get books addressing a particular genre and you come across new authors. This time it fails to get 5 stars because if delivery problems. Yodel were given the wrong address and it took 11 days for my books to arrive after long phone calls with Yodel. I had the correct address on the Bookhound site as well as a false address that was used.
