The books were good. Delivery terrible. I was waiting at the main door of the sheltered accommodation 3 stops before delivery expected. Another person who lives in flat complex found my books outside the back gate, not back porch as stated as we have no back porch, just a gate for us to go in and out of mainly into town. Anyone could have picked them and walked off with them. Please go back to Royal Mail for delivery, too much aggro for me wondering where my parcel will end up.
