Great book. We have our own copy and bought this one as a gift. I hope the recipients enjoy and use it as much as we do.

The book was for my daughter who is a fan. She says the book is sheer delight and vows to cook a recipe from the book once a fortnight. I eat there each week so I have a vested interest. I was surprised how inexpensive it was and how quickly it was delivered. Thank you

Really different cookbook.Very thoughtful opening pages of charts. All the measurements and weights comparisons etc .Great new meal ideas from so many cooks all tastes are covered.
