No problem with the books I eventually received. Took 2 months of emails and phone calls to actually get them though. Apparently the books had to be sent out 3 times before they actually arrived. Can't complain too much, however, as my payment had already been refunded due to the parcels going missing. I won't be using Bookhound again I'm afraid after all the hassle.
