All these books were real page turners for someone born during the war. I look forward to finding the 4th and final book of the series - can't wait to read it!
I also look forward to reading more of the series which includes "The allotment girls."

Just loved each book. Would recommend as a good read.

I thoroughly enjoyed these books, really able to switch off all other worries.

There is one book in the pack that I didn’t enjoy !!!! PETER MAY THE RUNNER !! All the Chinese unpronounceable names of people and places took away any enjoyment of the book and I discarded it after a few chapters !!!! Don’t think I will buy anymore of Peter Mays books
